Welcome to the forum Jeannette.
Ive done a quick count and find we've exchanges 30 emails since you became a Bank Genie user back at the beginning of April.
The good news as a result of all that was to receive your encouraging email.

Its quite different from Quicken as you have discovered.
Learning a new system is always painful. Its very heartening to note your comments and that its working for you.
Be sure to ask any further questions either by email or on the forum, and you can post those suggestions you sent in your recent emails to let other Bank Genie users see what will be introduced in "Whats New" when I get them introduced.

I have recently installed Bank Genie 3. At first I had real trouble getting my head around it, but George persevered with me and I now use it with the greatest of ease. I think it is a wonderful programme and I now don't know why I found it so difficult to start with.
There is one minor detail that I would like to see and that is a 'Due By' date beside my list of standing orders, but apart from that I can find no fault with it. When reconciling my bank statements, I click on an entry which is in my bank statement and then click 'Include'. I find it much easier to do it this way.
Well done George, and many thanks for all your help.

And well done to you Jeannette and thanks once again for your comments.
Feedback is always welcome, and I will certainly look at the 'Due by' date feature you have suggested.
Go ahead and explore the forum Jeannette and keep revisiting to check on the Bank Genie board.
