Title: Windows 7 email programe where is it

Been trying to teach my mum how to use the email program that came with her laptop (as she uses hotmail and complains that she cant logon with it, uses hotmail because she went to some pc classes and they were taught about email using hotmail) 

she has windows 7 what is the email programe called, as they change the names and i have not seen the laptop and it is nighmare even over skype to try to get her to find it, so any directions on how  i can explain to her where to go to find it greatly appreciated.

ie start - all programes etc, i dont know

With W7 MS has removed any email program. They recommend Windows Live Mail to download and use instead.   ::)

I reckon Mozilla Thunderbird is much better and less prone to Spamming than Live Mail.

Yes, they are free to us, subject to their conditions (no matter whose "free" account you choose)  :D
Some are much easier to use than others of course.

Thanks for that Malcolm i thought i was losing the plot when mum said i cant find any email programe, talked her through where it could be but to no avail, now we know, i shall let her know, many thanks
