Laminating A4 pictures

In relation to the topic on GA049, laminating has been mentioned, as i see it you use GA049 to print out 4 pictures you then laminate the page which you then cut into four thus making the 4 pictures seperate
My question are

1 a laminator does it only seal the A4 plastic pouch on 4 sides
2 you cut the laminated page into four dividing the pictures so do you have 2 sides of the picture that are not sealed by the plastic pouch, how do you get around this
3 or does the laminator stick the plastic to the paper aswell

1 The laminator doesnt seal around the edges (4 sides) It seals the entire area

I cut the 4 pictures out, and then laminate them on one A4 sheet then cut them out leaving a laminated clear border on each side of the picture.
Otherwise dampness could leach along the cut edge of the picture.

OK, good idea, but since they are loose, pray tell how you keep them separated and prevent overlapping?
I just know you have some cunning solution. Another gadget ?

Sorry to dissapoint you George, but no gadget used, it's no problem to arrange them on the A4 laminating sheet.
If all else fails then just cut the A4 laminating sheet in 4, and laminate seperatley. 

Lyn just told me she has some Iris for sale that don't have any buds or flowers on. Normally no one will buy them without the flowers showing.
So will fire up IG pro again and make some labels, let's see if it sells them.

Only kidding about the gadgetry Malcolm.
I havent tried your method before, but I'll give it a go and see how difficult it is to juggle the bits into shape and hold them in position until the laminator takes them in.
Mine is a vertical feed, but its light so perhaps I could turn it on its side and feed the sheet in horizontally. Would make it easier to make the individual pieces stay put.

Great to see the program getting a practical road test with that Iris!
