I hadn't heard from Toby (Bossgard) for the last couple of weeks during the time I was setting up my new office.
After a couple of unanswered emails, I got a reply today

I haven't had my computer on for the entire month of July, just getting it checked out and cleaned up now! It gets terrifically warm in this room and I don't like to have my computer on when it is that hot!
I don't know if you have been able to follow the weather here or not, it has been very hot and dry. We had a record 103 degrees F. the other day!
We had 28 days in June without rain! That's hot man!! Real hot!! And dry, the earth is parched. Remind me not to complain when cold comes and snow is on the ground.
Vegetable garden doing great, have to water every day. I had to let the flower beds and everything else go. Good gardening learning experience!!
