We've had a couple of incidents reported this week.
In response, Ive trawled the internet for information. I wasn't particularly happy with the "advice" in some instances. This should not be ignored. Also - beware of forged pages (see balloon text)

Ive added balloons with further info as a result of my findings and after discussing the problem with my IT colleagues.
