I had an email from my very good friend Doug today. Doug lives in the Seattle area of USA. We go back to the beginning of the Ideas Genie project. Doug was very enthusiastic about the software when he bought a copy way back in fall 2002.
Within a matter of a few months, there we were standing on an Ideas Genie booth at the Northwest Flower & Garden show - February 2003. All Dougs work! He set up the booth, and transported a shipment of specially cut CD's. I just arrived!
Needless to say theres a long story of slog for both of us during those few months, but it was the best and most successful example of JIT (an old buzzword of the eighties meaning Just in Time) that I had ever seen. Sheer perfection, due to his organisational skills and attention to detail. The booth was amazing. You can see photos here:

In the email, Doug sprung a big surprise. He has been working on a website. I had a visit and I have to say I was thrilled to see the quality of the content. I should say I'm not surprised. THAT is a trademark of Doug. He is meticulous, methodical and very articulate.
