The video downloaded and played within about a minute, video was clear, could read everything on screen.
You would have to slow down the mouse actions somewhat. No problem with your accent, voice came over very clear.

I guess anyone trying to learn from the video, would have to start/stop it. Impossible to remember all that is said and done on the video.
One could have two windows open, one with the video, the other with your programme running, then you could make those mouse clicks yourself.

A very good trial George, something to think about.

Thanks for testing Malcolm!
Its quite slow to upload as you well know!
It was a good experiment - certainly far from a polished act!

Re stop/pause and rewind .
You have me thinking about what the higher priced product by Techsmith does.
If it would allow you to edit snippets, that would be really useful.
Imagine a "perfect and flawless" shoot, then you make a tiny slip :o
It would be nice to edit that section

Meanwhile I'm forging ahead with screenshots ::)

I have never used that screen shown in your video, so was interested to delve into it.
So with the video showing on one of my computers and IGpro showing on another computer I followed your video.

I must say that screen GA100S30CG opens up a lot of possibilities.

A few questions if I may.

1  All the output from that screen ends up in the Cult/Properties area ?

2 There is no way to divert that info in the Cult/Properties area, into the Reviews area, other than copy/paste.

I was hoping that the Cult/Properties could be got onto the Wpg output easily, in the Review notes box. ;D

Warning    There may be more questions to follow  :P

Good questions Malcolm!

First, check out the Screenshot version:
http://www.ideasgenie.co.uk
Demos 8 and 9 are on the same subject

That may help to shed some light on your Question No (1)

Question 2 - I will make that output more readily available in the Reviews environment (GA032)
A very good suggestion!

No, click save, and save it somewhere you can find it again.
Its a zip file.
Double click on the zip file and if you have software to open the zip file on your computer, you'll be able to extract the video file

::) doh got it now, very good, i see it could be usefull, but how long did it take to make, for me i much prefer your balloon pictures which you are doing in the veg lessons i find it easier to look at a picture like you are doing than have to keep on going back on a recording to a certain point, but saying that recording can show in more detail especially when you have a voice and a mouse pointer to follow

when is the next veg lesson, is recess over, are you locked in the staff room  ;D

I just got through printing out all of the Screenshot Demos, they all printed out fine. Except, on Demo 9-1 Global Editing, is the screen supposed to get lighter and fade out, towards the bottom right corner? Everything before and after that, printed out clear and sharp.

By the way, it didn't take as much ink as I though it would.

George - someday you're going to have to tell us about 'Talk Sets' on GA014-S01 Slideshow. I never noticed that before.

I'm juggling Phil :) but I'll get back to it soon. Glad you like the balloon screenshots.
I think they are easier than video;)

That fade out is intentional Toby. Its a feature in the Snagit program on how to deal with edges. Ive played with ragged edges in some screenshots. It was to cut down on file size a little and to make the screen fit the allocated space.

Talk Sets - eh? :)
They are for public speakers to arrange a set of photos to talk about in a presentation at a Garden Club (e.g.)
They are used in the Garden Slide Show GA014
You set them up using Files>Photo Sets GA024
Yes, another lesson, I guess
