Standing Orders-Direct Debits - New Frequency added
« on: January 01, 2013, 11:13:07 AM »
Phil requested an additional Frequency - once every two months- to be added to the options in the program Standing Orders and Direct Debits-BS423.

Job done - in Version 21.
You can download BS423 from the Product Support website:
http://www.bankgenie.net/support/Updates/updates.html

When downloaded, it should indicate Version 21 (or Higher)
Please download and use as normal. Feedback would be much appreciated as always :)

Please note that the program Process Standing Order-BS429 did not need an update.
It was already coded to handle this new case.

One of our Electricity providers in (N Ireland) bill every two months and I switched to them recently.
I think it is the same provider used by Phil.
The bills were every three months from my previous provider.

Do any of the Utilities bill every two months on the UK mainland?

When you do a backup to your Dropbox, you are saving (and later restoring on another computer) your DATA files.

BS423 is a Program File, so not part of the files you save to Dropbox.
Thus, the answer is, you need to apply the Program update to each computer.
