We learn something every day - well, I do
I sent an email to Peter asking if he had Internet Explorer on his computer.
Peter phoned and we had a good chat
He confirmed that he did not have IE on his computer, so we concluded that was the reason for the registration problem. The registration program creates an instance of IE for the registration process, and when not installed, the system moaned saying
Application not found.
Peter kindly offered to install IE so he could register, and uninstall after the job was done.
I had an alternative. I asked would he like to be the first to try out the Register by Email feature for Bank Genie Pro (that feature is provided with all my software).
I tested it on my side and had to do an amendment to the registration program (its posted on the Program Updates page)
We went through the process today, and I'm now waiting for a result from Peter.
