Printing REport from Transaction Analizer
« on: April 30, 2013, 03:16:01 PM »
I've been trying to print a summarized sub category report but the last pence figure of the Amount column is being cut off. I've tried changing the font size for the Analyzer screen and in the Preferences screen but this has no affect on the print out. Would appreciate some guidance, I'm probably missing something obvious!

Look at the bottom of the page, Anthony. What is the report name?
If I'm understanding your question, it's BS408R05.
Its fine on my computer - figures to 2 decimal places as expected.

Reports are fixed format, so you cant change the Font in them as you can for screens.
Its probably to do with the printed area of your printer.
Some can print closer to the edges than others.

Confirm the Report name and I'll move the Amount column in a bit.
Are all the other reports OK?

Yes it is report BS408R05 that's causing problems. It's not only when it's actually printed but also on the Print Preview that the last pence figure in the Amount field is partially lost.

I've looked at all of the other reports on Print Preview and all the others are fine!

Thanks

Anthony

Update to this topic:

I amended the report BS408R05. The change is in the program Transaction Analyser - BS408 Version 64.

Anthony has downloaded and printed the report and has emailed to say that the data is now printing normally.
