Are you a Which? subscriber

Karen sent me an email yesterday saying:

I thought I'd let you know that I have completed a Which? Survey on financial products in which one of the questions asked if I use any financial software and as I had selected 'yes' they wanted to know which software / what for.

As a subscriber, Karen had received an email from Which? inviting her to take a survey.
The Which? email begins:

Welcome to our annual survey about the financial products you have.

This survey helps us tailor our content to you, our members, by helping us discover what products you have and what you would like to read about.

Are you a Bank Genie user and a Which member?
Did you receive the email from Which?
If yes, I would be very grateful if you were to complete the survey.

I am a subscriber but I dont recall receiving a survey.

That's not good Barry!
From what I see, Karen received her email from Which? on the 15th Jan 2016.
Perhaps other Which? subscribers will post here and tell us if it is being received.

Ive checked with another Which? subscriber.
He didn't receive the email either.

I'm wondering - did any of our Forum members receive the email?
