p.s. I know from your posts George you grow this plant.... a question ... I noticed this year that this salvia tended to bloom in spring and summer with monochromatic flowers ( only white  (more) or only red )and than now is beutifully in bloom with the red lips: As to me it's quite incomprehensible I wondered if that happens to you too of to any of the members of this forum.

DEFINITELY a nice plant.
A very nice plant!! I love it.

I find it one of the most difficult flowers to get in focus when taking photos.
Those little hot lips are elusive ;D
