Great shots George.

Definitely a budding photographer in the making there.  Very impressive for an 8 year old  8)

You must be very proud of him.

Let's hope that inspires more youngsters amongst our membership to get out in their gardens and do the same thing.

Very proud indeed, Laurie. Only one of the photos were blurred and not used.
He's got a steady hand!
I'm also delighted with the interest he is showing in gardening. Theres another project or two under way this year, both from us sowing seed and growing plants. Now as I recall, he helped me to pot on the very small plug Petunias when they arrived in spring. I put the compost in the pot, he made the hole and inserted the plugs. 100 done in no time ;D

He'll be helping to develop your software next George - then wouldn't that be a shocker  ;)

There'd be no stopping him then.  Great to see such young talent emerging, and showing a healthy interest in what he wants to do in life.

Well done James! I am impressed that only one needed a bit of PP. As you say, George, the boy shows promise.  :)

Thank you Annie. This was our best ever year for Sweet Peas. Ive never seen them do so well.
Very popular with my wife and sisters for cutting and they just keep replenishing so prolifically. They make lovely Posies for the table, and of course, the most beautiful fragrance.
