I agree - its a pretty little flower Nicola  8)

Photo shows it was taken over the range 31st March to 8th April 17.
It must be lovely to live in Rome and have flowers like that in bloom so early in the season.
I note that is annual/biennial. Did you sow the seed last year?

yes George, last march.... they started to bloom in late summer and barely noticed them, than this march I found quite a "crowd" 0f seedling and small plants "everywhere near". So happily spread them in the garden and starting to give them away to friends.. ( don't make a compost yet....but I will)
