And a very big welcome to you lughnasad, and your English is just fine.

Lughnasad and I lost contact for a year or more when he was studying for his Doctorate (Biology).
I made contact again when I started this forum, and he told me had graduated.
Ive already congratulated him on passing his exams, and on his recent marriage.

Thanks for joining us lughnasad, and I admire your ability to write in another language (in this case English)
It will be nice to hear how your garden develops, and from Spain.

Do you have any particular favourites in trees and flowers?

No. I like native trees and flowers. Last year I planted several trees (but I do not know english names) but all of them are trees that you can find in the nature. I do not like plant exotic plants, although I have planted some (Acer, Quercus rubra...)
In flowers I like bulbs, Aster...

Although I live in Spain, the north is similar to England weather, moist and very cold in winter (last saturday we were to -6º C in the night >:()

Best wishes

Lughnasad (Carlos) is a fan of the beautiful game.... he's a Real Madrid supporter!

Any footballer supporters in our members?

Roy Keane was almost joining your team, Carlos, then Real decided to sack your manager, and the negotiations all fell through.
He's gone to Glasgow Celtic, in Scotland.
Any new signings lined up yet?

Hi Carlos
I lieve in Portugal, Porto. We are almost neighbours ;) What's your city? Here we had a rainy winter, but the temperature never fall under the 8ºC. At this moment it is just like spring... 18ºC and a nice warming sun :)
Encantada :)
