Ive been corresponding with a Flower Genie user from Norway this week.
Lis is translating the Flower Genie Captions (names on buttons etc), Help, etc to create an English-Norwegian fileset.
I happened to ask if she had photos of her plants and garden.
She replied with this link:
http://www.hagegal.no/hagefora/v/album403/You'll find 4 albums:
1) Album: Liljer i hagen (Garden Lillies) Date: 20-08-2006 By: Lis - 125 photos
2) Album: Hagen 2006 (Garden 2006) Date: 20-08-2006 by: Lis - 56 photos
3) Album: Hagen 2007 Dato: 23-06-2007 Eier: Lis 62 photos
4) Album: Kattene vĂ¥re (cats)
Ive been engrossed ever since! Excellent photography, fantastic plants.
Ive invited Lis to join the forum and tell us more about gardening in Norway, and that beautiful country.
I took a link and found the Hagegal home page.
http://www.hagegal.infoGosh!! Absolutely astounding. There is so much content in that web site!
You may struggle a little with the language barrier
but fortunately photos are universal, and you will be spellbond at the quantity and quality of the photos.
Ive deduced that hage is garden in Norwegian. Hagegal is one of us!
I took a few links from the site and found this:
http://www.hagegal.info/gallery2/v/woodland/epipactis/It features Epipactis palustris.
Thought I'd show it to Palustris. Do you grow this one Eric?
