Seattle USA: Northwest Flower & Garden Show - 2008

Kath & I are looking foward to spending the next couple of days at the Northwest Flower & Garden show here in Seattle. You can see the website at http://www.gardenshow.com/seattle/index/index.asp.

We've been going to this show each of the last 5 years we've been here in Seattle and it's a great show. The display gardens are generally a very high quality and there are some excellent vendors in the commercial section - then of course there are whole bunch of plants and bulbs for sale. Some of the lectures look like they are going to be interesting too, so should be a blast.

I'll take some photo's of the displays and post them in the next few days.

I had a fantastic week, and what an experience. Everyone I met in the states were so friendly, and I mean everyone.
Doug is an absolute gentleman, and his wife and family treated me like a member of the family. They did all the work for that booth. I arrived the evening before the show. Doug met me at the airport and drove me straight to the show (open at that stage for exhibitors only) and proudly showed me our booth.
Gosh, what a fantastic job he'd done.
