Editing in 'Cultural requirements' (GA003S01)

I needed to add a few more countries in GA003S01 (Cultural requirements/Properties > Range). Whilst attending to this I noticed a couple of instances a simple change of 'case' was needed e.g. europe to Europe. I typed the change of case, clicked on the 'Change' button and got the message 'A classification with this full description already exists. Enter another full description'. I can't see another way of making edits without deleting and re-entering the data which would of course remove existing links to relevant plants. Is there a way around this or had I better just live with the small annoyances that are my own mistakes?

I'm embarassed.
Ive checked and have verified this anomaly.
I'll fix it this evening Trevor and set up the download for all

Temp Workaround:
1) Change europe to europa (a change of letter)
2) edit again and change it to Europe

Hi George,

have downloaded the file as normal with IGpro closed but the overwriting hasn't happened. The file version remains at v.8. Any thoughts?

When you download, then run(or open) the downloaded file, you will see a dialog box, saying its GA003 Version 9
Did you see that doing installation?

If using Internet Explorer you willl get the option to Run or Save. Take the option to Run

If using Mozilla Firefox you willl only get the option to Save.
You have to remember (make a note) where you have saved the downloaded file!
Locate the downloaded file
Double click to open it.
Click Run

Yes George, I've done all that, clicked overwrite all etc. I've repeated the whole process three times without success. Have downloaded/installed many updates in the past with no problems (two yesterday). By the way and importantly re. your first reply, there's absolutely no need to feel embarrassed re. this little glitch. You've created a great programme - and without the huge resources brought to bear by some programme creators that we're all familiar with. Feel proud - definitely not embarrassed - tut, tut!

Hope I didnt offend with the detailed steps. They are intended for general use.

Ive checked and found the default installation folder was incorrect.
(I'd copied from an older installation program)
Fixed and Uploaded
Try the download again please

Thats great Toby!
I updated that whole web page recently, so you might want to compare the levels of the others offered for download against the version on your computer.
You should be bang up to date with the labels program

Would you believe that I had 7 downloads to do.
And I thought I was keeping up on changes, but I guess not.

I would encourage all users to go through their download list,
and check to see if they are current.

It's nice to know that I'm now up to date, before I get started entering
my new data during the 'rainy days and rainy nights' this fall and winter.

I omitted to change the 8, Toby
The issue date is actually correct.
On that date I did a couple of tweaks for Malcolm.
The download is also correct - latest version -  but in actual fact its Version 11
Malcolm downloaded that version on that date.
I sometimes delay updating until an update has been verified by the person who requested the change.
Malcolm confirmed that it was OK on that date.

GA052, this time different message when I try to open GA052:
does not open, menu page remains, get message:
'System Error - See Error File for Details',
click on it - get another screen but no message on it.
Am not too sure if I did download properly, should I repeat the process?

GA052 is for use by Nurseries who wish to build a Catalog of their plants.
A special datafile set is required (from a special download) for that program GA052 to work.
That explains the error message (you dont have that special datafile set)

Its not applicable in your case Toby, so please ignore that program.
