A big thanks to George who has supported me in recovering my BG Pro 6. My laptop rebooted whilst I was using and would not let me back in it.
He will be able to explain far better than I what he did to resolve this but I think the File/Integrity check has now been updated so that if it decides to reboot again I will not have to seek his personal support, though it is a pleasure speaking to him!
