Excel file output - not as yet Keith.
Didn't think it would be necessary, I have to confess.

I'm working on another Bank Genie Pro 6 development at present.
I'll do the XLS  output for you when I get back to that and other pending enhancement requests in the pipeline.
Matter of interest, is anyone else interested in XLS output from Net Worth report?

Thank you for reminding me Lee. Its on the To Do list. It gets longer!
I'm amazed at the scope of Bank Genie.
I've added lots of features over the years, some easy, some "tortuous" (Investments in particular!) but with fertile user minds there's always more :D

Another "interesting feature" I found yesterday.... the printed version of net worth report is in a different sequence to what is shown on screen.  Not sure if there is any reason for this.  I notice that the on screen display now shows investment accounts and linked cash accounts next to each other.  Perhaps you changed the on screen version to be able to do this and missed doing the same in the print???

Yes - with "All Accounts"... the on screen display is basically in alphabetic sequence of account name...
  B Current L
  B savings L
  cc 3724 Amex
  cc 4544 Coop
etc for my credit cards then...
  Club Lloyds L
etc until the first Investment account
 /ISA L Fidelity
\CASH L Fidelity
etc until the last account line
  Virgin S19 Monthly Saver

But in the Print Preview screen I see

  B Current L
  B savings L
  CASH L Fidelity
  CASH S Fidelity
  Club Lloyds L
etc until the last "normal" account
  Virgin S19 Monthly Saver
then the credit card accounts starting with ...
  cc 3724 Amex
  cc 4544 Coop

The Investment account and associated CASH account are not next to each other and the credit card accounts have moved to the end.

(Just a thought, the ASCII codes for the lower case letters are after all the uppercase letters so the two version might be impacted by treating that differently)

I stand corrected. I didn't check the code behind that. I just looked at the data I had in my demo database.
Bank Genie assigns the cash account a name identical to the Investment account followed by (Cash) so mine was alphabetically sequential.
e.g. mine would hae (for your data):
/ISA L Fidelity
\ISA L Fidelity (Cash)

Yours is;
/ISA L Fidelity
\CASH L Fidelity

RE:

Absolutely correct!
I don't have any accounts in the demo starting with a lower case letter hence, again, I didn't spot that.

I will fix that ASAP.

Now fixed and set up for all to download.

Under Help tab on the Bank Genie Pro 6 menu, run the program Check for Updates.
Likewise for Bank Genie 6 users.

Other tweaks to the Net Worth reports:
  • I've had to make the report BS418R02 landscape.
The Account name length was increased to 40 characters somewhere along the way.
The portrait style report could not accommodate this larger account name and was being truncated.
  • The reports now show the / and \ as prefixes to Investment Accounts and their linked Cash accounts respectively
e.g. as in your example above:
    /ISA L Fidelity
    \CASH L Fidelity

Let me know how it looks

There is a similar problem in BS421 create transaction where all the tags starting with an upper case letter appear before all those starting lower case. This problem does not appear in BS408 (report selection)

Hmmmm - I checked for updates, I needed 3 updates, I downloaded all of them and tried to run them but had a bit of an issue with anti virus which didn't seem to let me run them.  So I tried again 3 updates, downloaded and then I managed to make them run but I'm not convinced I did them in the correct order.
Check for updates still said I had a set to update - Group 15, my version 6, latest version 7 - So I downloaded that and ran it but check for updates still thinks I have an update to do.

The net worth report HAS been updated so the print preview and the onscreen report both show the same order.

1.
First, downloading updates.

The order of installing the updates is not important Lee.

Anti-Virus programs are quite aggressive in what they allow so yes, depending on your security level, you do have to find the not so obvious options they also show in those dire warning dialog boxes to allow the download to run.
Thank you for persisting and winning the wrestling competition with that alligator!

2.
The Net Worth report.
You've succeeded with the updates obviously as you are finding that the account listing is in the correct listing order again!

3.
Group 15.
I made 2 changes to that yesterday.
Anyone who was quick and downloaded Version 6 and then went back some time later would find it appearing again and offering Version 7.
After downloading that, the update offerings should clear.
Please confirm.

Thanks George, I tried the check for updates again today and the group 15 came up again.  I ran it again and for whatever reason the update happened and a check for updates now comes up clean :)

That's more like it Lee :) You should now have the latest version of all the programs.
Note to everyone:
After all updates have been downloaded, Under File tab, run the program Special-BS912.
It installs a database change required for the latest modification to the Transaction Analyser program (BS408)
