photo problem

when i am adding a new plant and photo i get

i beleive this has only just started happening since i downloaded the update for gao47, reason being i have purchased a lot of seed for growing on and have been entering into IGPro before the update and now after the update, is the update related, the pictures i am using i have permision to, but why does it put

in screen GA004S16 this is th screen after i have selected picture, before it use to put my detals in as photographer etc, and i cant find where to alter name for this, any help

Preferences.............Photographer...........Save changes

thats the button i was looking for, and it fixed it, so many buttons etc and if you dont use them all the time you forget which one does what, thank you malcolm
