This is the webspace dedicated to users of our software, in particular for hosting our WPG projects.

I noticed last night that the website was down.
I investigated this morning and found that it had run out of bandwidth and needed topped up to bring the website back on-line.

The hosting was due for renewal on 30th April, so I bit the bullet and upgraded to a better package.
This means new logins for WPG'ites, and also that each user has to re-upload their WPG projects onto the new server.

The good news is, we now have larger disk space (1GB) and unlimited bandwidth (before - I had to pay for it - the more hits and downloads, the more it cost)

Please accept my apologies for this break in service (referred to in the trade as Outage), but I'm sure you will agree its great to have more web space for the fascinating websites created by The Ideas Genie Community.

Now you see it, now you dont.
The site appears to be up again

However, Ive downloaded all content from the old server, and am now uploading to the new.
I updated the Index page and uploaded it to the new server.
It has a different appearance, so the changes should be apparent to all who are familiar with it.
e.g. the text and links are now on a white background

I then repointed the domain name ideasforgardens.net to the new server.
Changes can take up to 24 hrs.

If that all works then all will be back to normal.

Phew! It worked
Most of it is up and running again on the new server.

That was an unexpected task, but I'm delighted to have everything transferred to a bigger server.
