Ive kept this quiet for months.
I liked the name "Flower Genie" so much, that I decided to protect it by applying for a Registered Trade Mark.
Many thanks to my rock star son, who put his shiny new law degree qualifications to good use, did the research, liased with the Patent Office and a number of other bodies, hired a Trade Mark Attorney (to reach a comprimise when the application was opposed), arranged the meetings with the TMA and conducted the negotiations to get this registration to a successful conclusion.
Finally, Flower Genie status has been officially stated as Registered on the Patent Office Web Site:

I have many projects spinning around Flower Genie ®. When I get my breath back, it will be all full steam ahead!
