Thank you for that tip Barry.
I like it best as you don't have to remember the initial keystrokes described in my first posting.
I know from our correspondence that you can actually make this "Disappearing menu" feature happen "reliably" by closing bank Genie down abnormally (not recommended of course!!) so you are the authority on this subject
As we discussed, I haven't found any solution to prevent this "Disappearing menu" from happening in the first place
Ive tried your method and there's another little gem variation:
Hover over the Bank Genie icon in the taskbar and an image of the Bank Genie screen appears; right click on that and the same menu as above appears.
It has the options:
- Restore
- Move
- Size
- Minimise
- Maximise
- Close
On that menu, click
Maximise.
Again, these tips work for any Windows program.
Test for me please Barry.
This may be useful for those with wide screens who prefer to run Bank Genie in a resized window.
With the menu "disappeared", what happens when you click maximise (which should restore the main menu) - filling the screen - followed by repeating the sequence and clicking Restore.
Does the menu remain visible?
