I'm rather surprised they didn't, but I'm sure that was because they are being shy
I gave a demo of Bank Genie to an accountant friend about a year ago, and that was one of the things he recommended that I should include.
I will do that, Ray, and I think it will be very useful.
Its already on the To Do list.
Here's a tip which may do as a workaround in the meantime.
Use Transaction Analyser.
Select the criteria for analysis (Accounts, Categories) using the
Selection Screen options.
Select one of the Summarised By Category or Summarised by Sub-Category Report options.
Use the TYR buttons to go back and forward one Tax Year at a time.
Use the YR buttons to go back and forward one Year at a time.
Use the MO buttons to go back and forward one month at a time.
etc.
