I got a bag of roots for this from a friend. Over here they are simply called "Orange Lillies".
I was warned that they tended to spread a bit. They did, but they produce armfulls of cut flowers in the first week in July.
What variety is it? Nearest fit is A. aurea, but not at all sure. The deep flecks should be distinctive for a positive ID.
