When I try to surf on Google, I get this every so often:

I click Next.
In the next window, there are two options at the bottom,
Other Options and
I AgreeI click
Other OptionsI am then presented with the things Google do when I surf.
Ive gone through the key points a number of times, and blocked some features I don't want.
After that, all is OK for a while, then Bang - up it comes again.
Am I right in suspecting that they want to bug me so much that I finally "Submit" and click the Agree button without choosing the options they don't want me to take?
