The Check for Updates program doesn't have a
GO button, so I'm not at all sure what you are describing but I'm going to have a guess.
(it does have a
Download Updates button)

I clicked and what appeared was off to the right
If you have a wide screen and you have sized BGP6 to sit on the left, not filling the full width, then I'm guessing that your downloads folder has appeared, as should happen when you click the
Download Updates button.
Bank Genie will tell you that is about to close to allow you to install the updates (to allow Programs to be replaced by the updates).
When the Downloads dialog box is shown, the downloads required are listed and then yes, you have to click each download and process it. The easiest way is to choose the
Run option when presented.
Or, you can save the downloaded file in a folder on you computer, find it where you have saved it and then Run it by clicking on the executable.
