I cannot fault the help I received after having problems with receiveing the Licence Number. There was clearly a problem in the email system, but if this is the measure of customer support, then all problems will be small ones. Thanks George.

Its happened before (as Kathy and Laurie will testify!), and fortunately I had a phone number in each case to get in touch in the good old fashioned way!

Incidentally, I did get that test message I sent to my btinteret account - about 4 hours after sending it.
It looks like BT had a little problem, so someone there must have been have been feeling the heat!

Now all that is behind, I hope you enjoy using Bank Genie.
