Brussels in Bloom

I first saw this as a photograph printed in a local newspaper. I couldn?t believe it, but I came across the following when I was doing some surfing. Has any body seen this up close?

We've not seen that close up, having never been to Brussels.

But that is such a fantastic display it is worth going there for that alone.
