I think Tom is right about Dactylorhiza. I was about to post but he beat me to it.
I don't know what species though, and Tom has come up with an good suggestion.
I have a photo of Dactylorhiza maderensis which led me to think it was the correct Genus. However, it looks purple in my photo. Now in the early days (when that photo was taken) I had great difficulty with some pink colours which could come out in the photo looking anything from purple to blue! So, my photo may be unreliable, but may be another suggestion for your plant, if you want to check it out.
As I recall, it was quite a tall plant 50 cms or so (perhaps). I was impressed by it. It was in the garden of Harold McBride, a well known Alpine Gardener here in Northern Ireland.
